Major Tune Up - $199
Everything included in the Basic Tune Up, plus the following:
Full drivetrain cleaning and degreasing in our ultrasonic cleaner
Crank removal and detailing
Full wheel truing (off bike)
Chain/cassette installation, if required
Brake pad insert installation, if required
> Canti-lever pads and disc pads replacement extra
Complete clean, polish and detailing of frame, wheels, tires and fork
Brake fluid, cable/housing and associated parts costs are extra and depend on specific brand and type of parts required.
Complete Overhaul - $449
Everything included in the Major Tune Up plus the following:
Complete component stripping to bare frame
Bottom bracket overhaul and replacement
Headset overhaul and replacement
Wheel free-hub, hub overhaul and bearing replacement
Hydraulic brake bleeding and fluid replacement
Cable & housing replacement and handlebar wrapping
Brake fluid, cable/housing and associated parts costs are extra and depend on specific brand and type of parts required.
Custom Builds
From a box, or from scratch, our mechanics are specialists in getting your bike ready to ride.
Prices start at $200 for builds from the box, and $400 for frame-up builds. We offer a discount on the build when parts are purchased through Forza. Contact us for a quote!
Packing / Unpacking
Heading out on a trip or moving? We make packing and unpacking your bike as easy and smooth as possible.
Minimum charge : $99
Add on to another service : $50
Need a bike box to take on your trip? Rent one of ours for only $60/week

Everything from safety checks and minor adjustments and alignments to custom wheel builds, let us know what you need and we'll get you a quote.
Turnaround Time
All service bookings are placed into the queue upon intake. Once your bike has been inspected, you will receive a quote by email, which will need to be approved before work can begin. We will provide an estimate on the turnaround time with your quote and will keep in communication with you if anything changes.
Current turnaround time is 3-4 days - if your bike is received by us at the beginning of the week, we are aiming to have completed by the weekend.
Bike Fittings
Our Process
Our process fits your bike to the unique needs of your body, while considering your riding style, injury history, athletic history, and goals.
Our fitters are Bike Fit certified and work with all riders – from the recreational rider or commuter who wants to improve their comfort and efficiency, to experienced riders looking to improve their performance.
Basic Fitting - $150
Includes a pre-fit interview, saddle and handlebar positioning, basic cleat positioning, as well as stem, handlebar and saddle recommendations.
Typically runs 60-90 minutes.
Comprehensive Fitting - $320
Everything from our Basic Fitting, plus a comprehensive foot-to-pedal interface analysis. Shims, wedges and associated fasteners are included, if required.
Plan to be with us for 3-4 hours.
Preparing for your appointment
During a fitting appointment you will pedal your bike on a stationary trainer, so it's best to wear cycling clothing, or something comfortable that you can move around in.
Cycling shoes are an important part of the fit process. If you have a pair, please bring them and make sure they are clean and dry as this makes the cleat assessment easier and more accurate. If you don't have cycling shoes, or would like to purchase new ones, we do carry great quality shoes in the shop.

Pick-up and Delivery
Can't get to the shop?
No problem - schedule a pick-up!
We offer a convenient pick-up and drop-off service throughout the GTA for a minimum labour charge of $249.
Once your bike has been inspected, you will receive a quote by email, which will need to be approved before work can begin. Upon quote approval, your bike is placed into the queue, and will be delivered back to you the next week. Need your bike back sooner? Discuss your needs with the service team and arrange a time to pick it up from the shop.
Note: pick-up and delivery is available weekly on Thursday and Friday. We will confirm the day and approximate timing once you book.
